Welcome to my fitness section! As a WoMom it is particularly important that we take great care of ourselves as we have little ones mimicking our behaviors that in turn become habits. Proper nutrition or lack there of definitely effects mind, body, and spirit. As a mother of 6 children all of whom I have physically birthed I would like to share with you the tips and products that have changed my life and made it possible for me to maintain my physique.

 
 

 

         Within this section I will be discussing healthy alternatives to some of my favorite meals. Foods that I avoid and foods I eat daily.  Recipes I have used for many years. I also incorporate a yummy super food packet into my diet that helps me to maintain my weight, energy and youthful appearance you can find out what specifically that is by sending me an email.
